After 6pm Diet = Myth?

Well, some people who do this diet actually lose weight but it’s because they have great control. Nonetheless, you don’t really need this. You can lose weight even if you eat dinner. The trick is, eat 4-5 hours before your sleeping time. Eating right before sleeping will enable you to gain extra pounds. Also, if you eat dinner, lessen the carbs, namely rice. Try eating bread or fruits.

Walking is for Lazy People

It’s true. Exercising is a challenge. There are only about 4 or 5 out of 10 Filipinos, who are able to stick to their daily exercise regimen. If you really want to be thinner and be healthy at the same time, stick to drinks like herbal tea. These will detoxify your body and in the long run, help you watch your size.
